How Does the Program Work?

SCREENING
Every single candidate is screened using our non-discriminatory standard criteria and the ones with the highest score are invited for an interview.
03.
1ST INTERVIEW
Live interview with selected candidates to assess their learning and eagerness to learn and grow attitude. You are required to prepare for the interview by reading the materials we send you in advance.
04.
TEST
Congratulations! You have made great progress so far! This is where you will be required to perform a practical test based on our clearly-defined instructions. Your autonomy, quality and delivery are some important factors we check for during this phase.
05.
2ND INTERVIEW
Wow!! You are one step close to starting a successful career in Digital Marketing. This is the time to get to know each other better, our mutual beliefs, personality and make sure we are good fit to you.
06.
CANDIDATES SELECTION
The selection of applicants will be based on their performance in the placement tests and both interviews. All candidates are informed via email on all phases of the process.

During your first week as a new fellow, you will be onboarded to your mentor. You will be introduced to a concrete career-development plan that will help you jump-start your career in one of the areas of Digital Marketing at Manaferra.
You will be participating in trainings, workshops sessions and online courses designed to help you gain necessary skills and knowledge to work on practical projects just form the first week.

Anyone who is over 20 years old, has graduated or is about to graduate in on of the following fields: Marketing, Business, Journalism, Graphic Design or English, is fluent in English and is ready to be committed and invest in their career and Manaferra.
Deadline for this round of the program is October 21, 2023. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
The Career Development Program starts with a paid Internship and intensive trainings that last 3 months. During that time, candidates will be engaged on a full-time basis (approx. 40h/week), from 09:00 – 17:30, Mon-Fri.
While the internship will end after 3 months, the Career Development Program will last for as long as you are a part of Manaferra.
The internship period (3 months) is paid and is the first phase of the Career Development Program, which lasts for as long as you work at Manaferra.
The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the placement tests and interview. We do use standardised methods of screening and qualification that leave no room for subjectivity.
The Career Development is launched four times per year and starts in Janary, April, July and October. The first phase of the program [paid-internship] lasts 3 months, and your participation in the career development program lasts for as long as you work at Manaferra.
The languages of lectures, instructions, workshops and tests are in Albanian and in English
The program is free of charge for the candidates. All costs are covered by Manaferra through a scholarship-stipend.
All candidates who successfully complete the Career Development Program are guaranteed automatic employment by Manaferra.
Should any Manaferra graduate decide not to work for Manaferra, the graduate will pay the full costs of the Career Development Program instead.
Candidates will be trained and specialise in five profiles: SEO, Link Building, Digital PR, Content Marketing and Information Design. Leadership Skills are integrated throughout the entire program.
Graduates commit to working for Manaferra for a minimum period of 2 years with a prior disclosed salary and agreed-upon conditions.
