We’re looking for an experienced Financial Officer to join our team and take charge of the financial activities of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.

You should be familiar with audits, invoices, and budget management. Our ideal candidate demonstrates an interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks. 

Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate financial activities accounting, billing and collection, accounts payable, payroll and cash/debt management
  • Communicate & coordinate regularly with accountants to make sure all applicable laws, rules, regulations of the tax authorities are being followed
  • Operate in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and directions of tax authorities
  • Record and maintain all transactions in Quickbooks, with high accuracy
  • Reconcile bank statements/cash and QuickBooks accounts
  • Execute Payrolls, bills & collect the debt
  • Maintain and organize all financial documents in accordance with Tax Authorities and report any unconformity
  • Help Management with financial reports
  • Make sure all taxes are paid within the time
  • Implement the organization’s financial policies and procedures and recommend improvements

  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Experience using financial software (experience on using QuickBooks is a plus)
  • Knowledge of financial laws, rules & regulations in force
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting of results and meaningful patterns and insights
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Strong relationship-building & communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge on Google Sheets/Excel
