Manafera is hiring two Content Marketing Specialists to drive the agency’s brand visibility and thought leadership within the Higher Education sector.
The successful candidates will manage the full lifecycle of our content marketing production cycles that support the agency’s long-term vision.
Content Production:
- Research & craft Content Strategies, Calendars and Content Style Guides for our clients, as well as our own projects.
- Perform in-depth keyword research to identify the right topics/keywords to be used on content production
- Create Content Outlines/Briefs for content writers
- Write, edit, design, and publish original content marketing assets (e.g., primary research, white papers, blogs, social media posts) on the company’s official channels
- Manage the distribution of content across the agency’s digital channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Public Relations:
- Monitor the Higher Education landscape to identify emerging trends and opportunities for agency commentary.
- Assist in content production activities including podcast interviews, webinar appearances, and conference speaking slots for the management leaders.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry media contacts and event organizers.
Asset Creation:
- Work closely with our design team to create visual assets and illustrations for social media, research reports, and digital campaigns.
- Create and update branded templates for webinars and internal presentations.
- Maintain editorial standards for clarity, tone, and consistency within our brand identity
- Collaborate with design and other teams to turn ideas into written assets and written assets into branded materials
Required Skills:

- Passion & drive for making a difference through content marketing
- Tech savvy/interest in the internet
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to form productive working relationships
- Strong project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple projects while still working effectively
- Ability to set meet deadlines, and work independently
- Close attention to detail, i.e., near-perfect grammar, strong editing skills and an eye for good design
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience working in an agency or similar marketing environment
